Semey Medical University is one of the largest medical universities in Kazakhstan with its own hospital and branches in Pavlodar and Ust Kamenogorsk.In the year 1953, Semey Medical University was founded (opening of general medicine faculty). In 1953, the school had 320 pupils enrolled.
