About IDEC
Infinity Doctors Education Council (IDEC) is a dedicated overseas medical education consultancy committed to helping aspiring doctors explore and pursue MBBS opportunities abroad.We provide personalized, transparent, and end-to-end guidance to students and parents—from understanding eligibility and selecting the right country and university to application, admission, visa documentation, pre-departure preparation, and ongoing student support.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when using our website or services. Students and applicants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the eligibility requirements applicable to their selected course, university, country, and regulatory authorities. Where the student is a minor, services and agreements may require involvement or consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Information Provided on the Website
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information regarding universities, courses, countries, fees, admission procedures, eligibility requirements, accommodation and related matters. However, information may change due to decisions made by universities, governments, embassies, regulatory authorities, immigration authorities or other third parties. Students and parents are advised to verify important information with the relevant university and official regulatory authorities before making financial or academic decisions.
University Selection
IDEC may provide recommendations or information regarding universities based on the student's academic profile, preferences, budget and other factors. The final decision regarding university selection remains with the student and/or parent or guardian. IDEC does not guarantee that a particular university will remain available, accept an application, issue an admission letter, or continue to offer specific fees or programmes.
Admission Assistance
IDEC may assist students with the preparation and submission of admission applications. Admission decisions are made by the respective universities or authorised institutions. IDEC cannot guarantee admission, admission timelines, seat availability, scholarship awards or any particular outcome. Students are responsible for providing genuine, complete and accurate documents. Submission of false, altered, misleading or fraudulent documents may result in rejection, cancellation or other consequences, for which the applicant shall be responsible.
Fees and Payments
University tuition fees, hostel fees, examination fees, visa fees, insurance, travel expenses, administrative charges and other third-party costs may apply. Unless expressly stated in writing, IDEC does not control fees charged by universities, governments, embassies, airlines, accommodation providers or other third parties. Students should obtain and review the applicable fee structure before making payments. Any service fee payable to IDEC, if applicable, shall be communicated to the student or parent before the service is provided.
Visa Assistance
IDEC may assist students with visa documentation and procedural guidance. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government agency. IDEC does not guarantee visa approval, processing time, entry permission or issuance of a particular visa. Students must provide genuine documentation and comply with all applicable immigration requirements.
Medical Licensing and Regulatory Requirements
Students intending to practise medicine in India or another country are responsible for understanding and complying with the medical education, licensing, registration, internship, examination and other regulatory requirements applicable at the relevant time. Such requirements may change. Students should independently verify current requirements with the relevant competent regulatory authority before enrolling in a medical programme.
Third-Party Services
Our website or services may contain information, references or links relating to universities, government authorities, accommodation providers, travel services or other third parties. IDEC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, availability, prices, services or decisions of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDEC shall not be liable for losses or delays arising from matters outside its reasonable control, including:
- University admission decisions
- Changes in university policies
- Changes in tuition or hostel fees
- Visa refusal or delay
- Government or regulatory changes
- Travel restrictions
- Flight cancellations
- Currency fluctuations
- Changes in medical licensing regulations
- Natural disasters, pandemics or other force majeure events
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Cancellation and Refunds
Any cancellation or refund shall be governed by the applicable written agreement, fee receipt, university policy and/or service terms communicated to the student. University payments and third-party payments may be subject to the respective refund and cancellation policies of those institutions. Students should obtain written clarification regarding applicable refund conditions before making payments.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website may be collected and processed for counselling, admission assistance, communication and related services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
IDEC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services provided by IDEC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
