UNIVERSITY OF BANJA LUKA
The second-largest university in Bosnia and Herzegovina, University of Banja Luka is the premier research and higher education establishment in the Republic of Srpska. It was founded in this region prior to the founding of various colleges and faculties on November 7, 1975. The University was founded with three junior colleges and five faculties (Electrical Engineering, Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Law, and Economics). 1978 saw the founding of the Faculty of Medicine, followed by the faculties of Agriculture and Forestry in 1992 and Philosophy in 1994.
